“I was solo, so I didn't want to go to a full-service restaurant surrounded by parties of 2+, because I feel conspicuous. I also don't like the usual Restaurant Theater experience ("Hi, my name is... I'll be taking care of you today...would you like to start with..."). \n\nFuji was perfect for me. You order at the counter and find a seat. I went at 4 pm, and there was no one else eating in, just people getting take-out. I found a table, they brought my order (eel) it seemed like 2 minutes later. Their attitude was pleasantly welcoming. Not over-the-top friendly, which I've just learned is being termed "forced joy" at some companies -- and lo and behold, customers can tell it's forced and they don't like it!“

“This is my favorite restaurant ever. When I lived in Fort Collins, I'd drive the 1.5 hours to Boulder literally just for Khow Thai. I recently moved out of Colorado and the No. 1 thing I'm looking forward to when I go back for Christmas is having the chance to return to Khow Thai. I've never been let down by any of their dishes; my favorites are the pad see ew and the larb. Their food makes me feel so refreshed and nourished. If I ever become a millionaire, I will buy a house down the street and eat here every day.“

Here lately any podcast Ive been listening to has had an ad for Teriyaki Madness so when I drove down to Longmont, CO I made the decision to eat at Teriyaki Madness.
I absolutely love it all. I got the chicken Teriyaki with vegetables and noodles and an egg roll and it was all amazing. The only part I disliked was that I did not catch the name of the guy who took my order and helped me order because it was my first time there. He was amazing and kind and patient and made sure I was loving what I ordered. He's pretty awesome!
Oh, and I will be back...like a million times!!“
