Lived here for over 19 years and this is my first visit. We came here because friends from out of if town wanted to take the tour and we thought it was time. Really interesting to see how the history and how they really put great care and use quality in their teas. A great way to learn how they make there products.
Our guide Keaton was very friendly and informative.
I'd definitely recommend this experience to anyone that enjoys tea.
Important note: consider bringing your own earplugs as it's super load in the factory. Definitely above the threshold that causes permanent hearing loss.

Celestial Seasonings is a tea lover's paradise, located at the corner of Zinger Street and Sleepytime Drive. The tour offers a unique experience, but it's recommended to call ahead to ensure production is running. Despite the strict no photo policy, the factory tour provides an interesting look into tea production. Visitors can taste 77 different teas in the charming gift shop, and the staff is friendly and enthusiastic about their jobs.

The tour is still recommended, as the workers are friendly and visitors can try a wide variety of tea options. The gift shop has way more than just tea for purchase, and things are reasonably priced. The samples are great, and visitors can have as much as they want. Bonus tip: Don't miss the photo ops in the tasting room with the sleepytime bear. Greita, the tea tour guide, is described as AMAZING, and the overall tour experience is highly recommended.
