“I came in after the CU football game. SKO BUFFS! This place was super busy! Elsa and Luz were on the line! Big smiles on their faces! They made the experience super fantastic! Yovani the general manager was also on the line helping out. He ran to the back to get me what they were out of on the front line even though they were super busy. Thank you Yovani! The service at this location is top notch! That is why I come to this location. Food was excellent (as always). The limited time carne asada is the bomb! I hope they make it a permanent part of the menu. Try it while you still can. Atmosphere here is the college vibe. These guys at this location work their @$$3$ off and should be commended. “I am writing to share my experience as a loyal Chipotle customer. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants, and I consistently appreciate the freshness of your food.
However, I've noticed a significant difference in quality across your locations. Specifically, the Chipotle on 28th Street in Boulder stands out as the best I have ever visited in in USA. My family and I frequently try various Chipotle locations throughout the country and none compare to the exceptional quality provided at the 28th Street Boulder location. I've also heard countless others express the same sentiment, with many people driving from as far as neighing cities just to eat there.
This particular Chipotle consistently offers juicier meat and an overall superior dining experience. In contrast, I often find it difficult to finish a burrito from other locations due to a perceived lack of quality, while I could easily enjoy two burritos from the 28th Street location because of its outstanding flavor.
I strongly urge you to investigate the practices at the 28th Street Boulder Chipotle. Perhaps working with the manager of this location could help elevate the quality standards at other nearby Chipotles. Implementing the same standards across all your restaurants, especially regarding meat preparation and overall food quality, would undoubtedly lead to increased customer satisfaction and sales.“
