This was the first time my husband and I ate at Pasta Jays. The food was amazing and the service was top notch from all of the staff! But a special shout out to our Hostess Suraela and our waitress Kaytee. We can’t wait to come back and try other dishes!
Ugh so terrible! Horrible waits, seating, and terrible food.. I've worked in the restaurant business for many years and don't usually leave reviews but I can't help but to this time. This was our first dinning experience in Boulder and I won't be back to this place. We got there at 5:33pm on a Thursday, it was busy but when I asked the host how long for 2 she said about 15mins. Ok great, no worries we wait... Then after 25-30mins I checked to see how much longer she thought it...read full review
I am extremely upset with the front hostess, after being told we would be sat in 30 mins. We waited outside for 45 mins, the hostess sat two tables pf 5 infront of our table of 4. This is highly disappointing as this was a birthday dinner for my husband and the mismanagement of front of house service has ruined the restaurant for us. I am highly disappointed.
