My complaint... I wasn't personally notified of the reopening! Sanitas was my favorite spot, was sad when it closed. Today, I just happened to drive by, and bam, Pattern Break. I literally live down the road! Send me a flyer or something! A sign near Pearl! Something!!
Our favorite new brewery in the area. Great vibes and large outdoor space, dog-friendly, Flatiron views, super friendly service with tons of options on tap. Highly recommend anything off the “Mischief” menu with some unique and delicious flavor profiles for the more adventurous.

Enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with our dog. Ordered food from food truck wife had veggie burger which she said was the best and I had the grilled cheese with fries. For drinks I had the west coast IPA which was delicious and highly recommend.

Pattern Break Brewing is a favorite new brewery in the area. It has great vibes, a large outdoor space, and is dog-friendly with Flatiron views. The service is super friendly with tons of options on tap. The food menu is solid, and the prices are shockingly reasonable. The made in-house veggie burger is one of the best. The grilled cheese with fries, Colorado Burger, fries, and charcuterie nachos are also mentioned. A flight of beer, the west coast IPA, a Tiki Vibes, and a lower abv hazy day beer are recommended. There are also fantastic NA options, including self-serve sparkling water and hop water. The atmosphere and outdoor area are gorgeous, and the large selection of unique and delicious beer is praised. The staff is personable, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The double cheeseburger hit the spot. Highly recommend anything off the “Mischief” menu with some unique and delicious flavor profiles for the more adventurous. Go before everyone else finds out about this place.
