So very sad that Riff's has closed. It was our favorite restaurant in downtown Boulder. One of the many things we liked about it? We visited on many dozens of occasions, and every time the chef/proprietor himself, John Platt, was cooking in the open kitchen. Truly dedicated to his restaurant. The fries were good. Overall I thought it was a good dish but I would have liked a bit more seasoning. According to the menu the aioli had horseradish but I didn't taste it. I also didn't notice the promised red onion marmalade. I could see some cooked red onions but that was it. Recommend. amazing

Excellent food, service and variety . Reasonable prices. Loved sitting outdoors watching the activity on Pearl St. I sadly saw a For Lease sign in the window; is Riff’s closing for good???
