Consistently great service and food at The Boulder Cork. Dishes like scallops, trout, steak, salmon, macaroni and cheese, and filet mignon were excellent. The sake salmon and prime rib were highlights. The cinnamon roll was surprisingly delicious. Despite some noise, the attentive service and quality of meals made for a wonderful dining experience. Good value for a memorable meal.
