“First, I gotta say how incredible the food was. 10/10. I could go on about it for hours. Fun little vibe inside. It was really busy when we went, so the wait time was kinda long to get our food and drinks, and even our drink order, for that matter. It's a cool place to grab spectacular food our server was exceptional. We had to wait for a table for about 35 minutes, but after we took our bites, we understood why.“

“We absolutely love Kikos! it was one of the first places we found when we moved to Brighton and now it's our favorite place to eat and we regularly bring family and friends. It's always great food, great services and great prices. you can't go wrong at Kikos. I love their Mexican gumbo and my husband always gets the Torta.“

“I recently stopped at this location for lunch as I had a business meeting nearby. They got me quickly situated and on my way. The food was amazing! I have since brought back my wife and daughter. We have probably eaten here 4 or 5 times in the last month. Love it!“

“A group of us, here for a week-long work trip, chose Spicy Tacos at the recommendation of some local Brighton Police Officers who said it was fantastic. And they were right. The service was friendly and swift. The food was served quickly, perfectly cooked and tasted great! Thanks for the friendly service and great experience, Spicy Taco!“

“Staff was friendly and courteous. They noticed our toddler son was wearing his Spider-Man outfit and changed the show on the TV to Spider-Man. ? The tortillas are authentic. Hard to find in the restaurant business anymore. Can't say enough good things about this place.“
“This is seriously my favorite food truck! The chili cheese fries with Carne Asada are to die for. The Tortas are just as good. Just today I got churro and I think I’m addicted. The food is always consistent. The service is fantastic. The portion sizes are huge.“

“Great taco truck to stop by and get delicious food. Service was friendly and very generous to everyone that stopped by during our visit. We tried the birria tacos (5 per plate), quesabirria tacos, mulitas, and lengua tacos ALL of them very delicious. They have a hot red salsa and a perfectly spiced green salsa. Please stop by and check them out for yourself! Closed on Tuesdays“

“This is a local Colorado favorite! I drove thru and grabbed breakfast for me and friends! EVERYONE enjoyed the food from Santiago's! Their tortillas are definitely homemade! Their breakfast burritos were cheap, and the best in Brighton, Colorado! I give this establishment a 10 out of 10 people!! VISIT your local Santiago's whenever you get chance! Try the smothered green chili burrito!“
“Really glad I found this taco truck. It’s a challenge to find legit Mexican food in Brighton, but this place definitely delivers. The tripas were crispy/flavorful. Also, the asada burrito was delicious. Highly recommend checking them out!“

“Went to walk up window. Stood there for a few minutes before staff noticed. When the server opened the window she asked me to go let the order in front of me know his food was ready. I took this to mean, she wasnt going to take my order until I complied. I did because the gentleman ahead of me was older. Nonetheless the food was average but the customer service was what stood out to me here.“

“Never eaten here BUT THE VIBES MAN THE VIBES. I could taste the salsa in my dreams and hear the tacos singing Gregorian chants. The guac is clearly powered by pure joy and cosmic alignment. Even the napkins had a gentle aura of enlightenment. Five stars for transforming my Monday into an astral adventure.“
