“I’m only giving 5 stars because I know the importance for reviews for new businesses and because the food really did deserve 5 stars. We shared the fajitas and loved them.

However, the drinks have me debating on whether I’ll ever come back. We order oaxacan old fashions and what came out didn’t resemble or even remotely taste like one. They were pink lemonades MAYBE with a little alcohol for $15. We were regulars at Beltrans before this place bought them out and we miss the old bartenders. This one clearly has no idea what a oaxacan old fashioned even is. I mean honestly LOOK at this…“

“Food was excellent. Service could have used a server instead of having us come to the bar from anywhere on the location to get your food. I know it was a weeknight but you can't have one server? The outdoor space was awesome. Maybe you could turn down the brightness of the screen at night, it's not a time, doesn't have to be full blast brightness. However the screen is awesome. The prices were very reasonable.“

“My boyfriend and I came here because we had a Groupon for a flight, cocktail, and distillery tour. It was awesome! The tour guide, Andy (I think that was his name) was very personable and down to earth. He had some good jokes/puns. The bartender was sweet and we met the owner briefly. We each chose different liquors for our flights and enjoyed each one plus our cocktails were great. My personal favorite for the flight was the V.I. Rum. After the tour we also got the maple bacon old fashioned which was different but equally delicious. Everything on the menu looked great and while we didn't try any of the food offerings, we will definitely be back. The bar was an intimate setting and the pinball machines were great. We live in Aurora but we can't wait to come back as this place is definitely worth the drive for us!“

“Romero's consistently has a great selection of craft beers. The dog patio is a great addition if you have dogs or just want to see some dogs while sipping a beer. They have had a food truck every time I've been, if you need some food. I highly recommend you check it out!“

I’m white and I have always gotten excellent service from whomever is tending.

Plus, this is a totally judgement- free zone . I have never ever ever felt unwelcome by the staff OR the patrons-and it’s super fun!

The saloon / bar is lively, but not rowdy. The dining area was separated and seemed quiet.
