“This was some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. I got the asada tacos and my fiancé got the torta with steak. We could tell that all of the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the steak was so juicy and flavorful. Friendly and fast service too! We will definitely be back :)“

“drove by and decided to get lunch here, pretty good sopes and tacos. They only sell the sopes in 3’s, fyi. I got 3 sopes, one taco, a soda for $17. The salsa on the side was bomb too. 4 stars only because they don’t have the prices on the menu items.“

“Simple menus are best. I had the lengua burrito requested extra spicy and it was so darn delicious. I had some perfect bites with the mix of tender meat and really flavorful beans and rice inside. This is a bit out of the way for me, but I can't wait to come back and try the whole menu. The variety of salsa were also really well made. I could have skipped the fried intestines, but I'm glad I tried it. My wife loved the carnitas and chopped pork. Solid tortilla. Bought one togo because $9 is such a good deal.“

“If you are looking for authentic Mexican food look no further, Taqueria del Sol is the place for you. If you haven’t yet tried the quesabirrias I highly recommend them. The menudo and tacos are also great. This is a family owned restaurant Yovanny and Flor are great people and super friendly. You won’t regret giving this place a try.“

“Family owned, very nice people. The food is delicious. Best Torta I’ve found in Denver. Toppings for tacos are just cilantro and onions. Simple but amazingly delicious. Tortas are LOADED! Can even have guacamole on them. We’ve also tried the chilli fries but didn’t get to take a before photo. It was pretty much devoured before we were able to snap a pic. Must visit. They are parked outside of El Canton Cantina on Pecos St.“
“The service was great. Ordered ahead. You pick your pizza up at the trailer and pay inside the brewery. For the price, the pizza is small, so not a lot of value. The pizza itself was decent, but exceptionally salty. I am not sure if they made a mistake measuring the salt that day, but oh boy, was it salty. The pizzas are an odd size. Maybe enough for two not very hungry people, or enough for one hungry person. I may try it again. I cannot believe their pizza would normally be so incredibly salty.“

“If you just change your expectations about what this place is and what it isn't, it's worth trying. This is a little old lady who makes her signature dish on the spot, and the dish is pupusas. It's just like if you grandmother was locked in a box all day and made her pierogi or tacos or riceballs. Nothing fancy but it tastes homemade. She prefers it if you call ahead with your order because it doesn't make sense for you to walk up and order, then have to wait 15+ minutes in a parking lot. These take longer to make then tacos from a taco truck. I haven't eaten many other pupusas so I can't compare these to others, but they taste good and homemade and two pupusas with salsa and coleslaw for $9 is a pretty good price actually. If you have a taste for a pupusa then nothing else will do, so you should come here and eat some!“

“This taco truck is one of our favorites and we try to find them on weekends where ever they are. My wife and I have been enjoying their great food since I first saw the taco truck at Wads and 64th a few years ago, perhaps late 2022. After trying our plates for the first time that night, we were amazed that I went back to order more, but it was closing. Ever since, we always crave to try different menu options. I couldn’t find any taco truck better than El Mal del Puerco in Arvada, Golden, or Broomfield. The owners are awesome and friendly. We might be going there tonight! It’s definitely worth it!“
