“I’m beyond impressed with this establishment. First off Josh our server was top notch. He was very helpful with my food allergy and was on point with drinks and service. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the Waygu ribeye and my wife had the Bison ribeye. The cuts were perfect, they were seared correctly and had a perfect temperature. The sides were even great. I gotta say we haven’t been impressed with many steak houses in the metro area, so this was an absolute breathe of fresh air. We will be back… ALOT!!!“

“Not all Outbacks are perfect. In fact, even this location isn't always perfect. But, over the years this restaurant has become one of our Go-To spots in Castle Rock for a quick date night.

Although I am someone who loves eating at unique, locally owned restaurants, this franchise location has won a little piece of my heart.

The staff is friendly and professional.

The food is excellent.

The atmosphere executes on Outback's style and standards perfectly.

If you can tolerate a chain restaurant, this Outback is as good as it gets.

“We ordered the filets and they literally melted in our mouths. Our server was above and beyond an A plus plus. Very friendly, conscientious and made every effort possible to make our dining experience perfect. HIGHLY recommend dining at the Outback off Broadway and 470!!“

“Brooke (our server, I'm not just talking in third person) was next level awesome. I wasn't completely over the moon about the prime rib but the carrot cake made up for it. A lot of hockey bets are settled here and we wouldn't change it for anything. I do think I'm starting with dessert next time. Not being able to finish that carrot cake should be a criminal offense and we'll be asking for Brooke again.“

“Celebrated my 30th birthday here and we were very impressed. EVERY server/staff member we passed by greeted us with a friendly welcoming and farewell. The way they stopped to make eye contact with us is not something you see everyday!! The atmosphere on a Saturday night is busy with tables, however our server was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. We admired how friendly the general manager is, making sure to stop at every table and welcome us. There was a table nearby with children and he took the time to interact with them. Very impressed with their hospitality!
Onto the food- FANTASTIC! Highly recommend the Prime Strip and Prime Ribeye. Full of flavor and cooked very well. The birthday cheesecake and orange creamsicle desserts were delicious. We really enjoyed the speciality cocktail and mocktail for breast cancer awareness month. I love that they do this! We hope to return the next time we visit Colorado. “We just got back from Chicago where we went to Mortons steakhouse over the weekend, which was a disaster. I am happy to say that our dinner tonight at LongHorn was amazing and everything was delicious, so much better than the much more expensive Mortons!!!
