“We came an hour before it closes. Would encouraged others to come a little over an hour before it closes. The service was a little slow because there was only 1 server. The menu was simple, we ordered the special soup - food came out quickly and it was delicious. It was definitely enough portion for 2 people.“

Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“The burger was exceptional. Probably one of my top 5 of the best burgers I've had in my life... I got the Bleu Royale... It was amazing, cooked perfectly, flavorful and loaded with delicious blue cheese and bacon... as an added bonus it didn't fall apart when I started destroying it. So why the 4 stars? Well as good as the burger was, our server pretty much left us hanging the whole time. I ended up having to finish off my wife's drink after my drink went empty because our server went completely MIA... Then we ended up waiting forever to pay our bill. Had our server been a bit more attentive, this would have been 5 stars all the way.“

“I used to live in this area over 20 years ago. Back then, this place was "THE Place" to go after a long day at work. For me, It was exciting to see this long time Established neighborhood staple Still Open!! The sentimental nostalgia mixed with curiosity lured me in. It was around 10 pm on a weekend evening, at about half capacity, it felt as if i was among mostly regulars, the Pool Tables were all occupied, the beer was ICE? cold!???The Bartender was friendly, very aware, and professional! ?‍??Prices were what is expected in today's market. I would come back for the service alone!? If you're in the neighborhood stop in for a cold one! I will always choose to support my local small businesses first when i have a choice.“

“Order the Uncle Sam pizza. Pizza was one the bartender said was popular. It came out hot and crispy. Pizza was thin and had a good amount of toppings. Sauce was sweet. Undercarriage was a little crispy. Crust was thin but wasn't cardboard. Pizza was overall good. Service was great and friendly. “I love this place a lot, especially now that Nicole is the GM. Solid bar tenders, Elijha is the GOAT! ...lots of fun regulars! It's gotten better and now it's getting busier, so that's always a good problem to have. They did a tap takeover from Melvin last night, which was really cool hanging out with the rep and getting some cool merch.

I got a huge take out order of pizza and wings for my son's birthday a few weeks back and they handled it perfectly on one-day's notice and the kids were SOO excited to get Parry's pizza instead of the Costco pizza we did last year.

Out of the probably 50 times I've been here over the last couple years, I've only had one issue, and it was the day they were getting their flat top grill replaced and I just happened to order the Philly steak and cheese. They tried their best, but they comp'ed it and got me something else. Ordered it again a week later and zero issue/ back to normal! Stuff happens.

“This seitan cannot be beaten! Best sauces on the planet! The fries come out on a frisbee which is a nice touch. Parking on the other hand can be a major challenge and it can definitely get a little cramped feeling when it gets busy.

Vegetarian options: Perfect place for vegetarians who love seitan.

Parking: Tiny lot entered via alleyway.

Wheelchair accessibility: Navigation inside might get hairy if it's busy, otherwise seems to be decently accessible.“

Don't bother complaining...they never actually credit your or follow through. And good lord! Door Dash throws it in the trunk and makes a huge mess. Yet again another $60 gone. Shame on me for not learning.“
