“This is the nicest, cleanest, and most helpful Dairy Queen I’ve been to in years. It reminded me of the Dairy Queen I grew up by that all my friends worked at(it’s rare to find that level of kindness in businesses these days). I want to give an extra Thank you to Samantha who took care of us at the register. I walked in not knowing what the kids wanted. Sam was very helpful with suggestions. My daughter was indecisive, so Sam was gracious to offer a small cup with my smoothie for my daughter to share. “Sure as the sun rises every day, this place is likely to have a line out the door. It’s nice to see some familiar faces working behind the counter nowadays and they seem to have things dialed in a little better than in the past. The flavor selection is interesting and their rotational flavors change often enough you will find something new to love every time you go in. Parking can be a nightmare on pearl but you can park in the neighborhood and hike over.

My only gripe (and warranting a 1 star penalty) is the absence of their best flavor from their core menu. In a savage and deeply personal attack against me, the chief cow decided some years back to discontinue PB&J due to “slow sales”. Apparently eating a double scoop every day for three years for lunch wasn’t enough to maintain the product mix numbers system wide so they broke my heart and tanked it. I’m only half joking but management if you’re reading this know that wound still hurts. Bad.“

“Good ice cream with some flavors such as salted butterscotch which are not common, but are delicious. They do cups or various types of cones and do have milk shakes.

Service can be slow if there are a lot of customers such as the family of five that were ahead of me. That's not a server issue and there was a place to sit while I waited. They are fast and friendly when they get to you.

Parking can be hard to find especially at meal times.“

The cookies are so tasty and fresh. One cookie is honestly enough to share… but no promises. The rotating flavors are fun—some are really good, some are super sweet, so it kind of depends on the week.

The pink box is cute and makes it feel like more of a treat. Not something I’d get all the time, but definitely a fun, over-the-top dessert when the craving hits (or when your nephew insists). 🍪“

“We stopped by around 1pm on a sunday and it was pretty packed. Lots of people studying/ chatting. Only complaint is that it was a little chilly in there, granted it’s cold outside, but when people open the door the heat leaves and it didn’t seem like it was cranked up very high. They have tons of options — we got the vanilla sea salt matcha & the strawberry matcha. They were very good, the vanilla was just the right amount of sweetness, rich matcha, a little bitter alone but you just need to mix it a little. It had the foam on top which tasted a lot like cheese foam if you are familiar, not sweet, but a good balance to the matcha tones. The strawberry one I will say, is very sweet and overpowering , so if that’s not your thing be advised. Overall, would recommend, and i’ll be back!“

Connor is one of the most dedicated employees I’ve come across. He genuinely cares about making sure every customer gets exactly what they ordered and has a great experience. He goes above and beyond. The other day, he even included a few fun, off-menu donuts with a handwritten note — an unexpected touch that absolutely made my day. I’ve lost close to 135 lbs in 12 months since my father’s passing, this place is the best. I order it literally every morning!!

The team works incredibly hard. The food is outstanding, but the people are even better. You can tell they take pride in what they do and care about their customers.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Connor deserves a raise and a promotion. As an executive myself in business, I would hire him in a second.
