“First time at Heaven, I have to say, what an AMAZING experience! They have countless flavors, some extremely unique. Your choice of gelato, ice cream, or sorbet. They even have unique waffle cone flavors. We came specifically for their strawberries and chocolate, we ended up not only ordering the strawberries but also some taro sorbet in a coconut waffle cone and my husband ordered a scoop of coffee ice cream with a scoop of cookies n’ cream in a blueberry waffle cone. The blueberry cone tasted just like a blueberry scone. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and fun to be around. We will definitely be coming back again and again!“

“This is a nice DQ store. The customer service was friendly and quick. I came in at lunchtime on a Thursday. I ordered a medium strawberry banana smoothie for between $5-6 with a small 15% tip. I feel that's a good deal. I will keep this place in mind when I need a cake because it seems like I could easily pick one up on the day I need it. They have many in the to-go freezer. The smoothie was good. The only downfall was there was a strange odor. It smelled like onions and spoiled milk or cream. I will come back again and hope everything is OK and fresh ingredients.“

“I love Milkit!! One of my friends recommended it and they were spot on. Not only is the ice cream fresh and made to order, but it’s soooo good! “When I walked into the cookie shop, it felt warm and cozy right away. The air smelled sweet, and the lights were soft, making the whole place feel calm and welcoming. The cookie line up this week was very very delicious. I obviously had to try the Benson Boone moonbeam ice cream cookie because that’s what all the kids are doing nowadays. As soon as I bit into the cookie I felt so magical, i didn’t even know how to describe it. I wanted to start doing a million backflips and rip off my jeans which at the time were blue. Once i felt the warm embrace of this cookie around my tongue I knew nothing else would feel right because in that moment i felt so mystical and magical. The other cookies were almost as magical… I will be coming back very soon to buy some more moonbeam nothing else can make me feel the way that cookie did.

“I previously had an issue with Cleanliness with staff and how they handled food. I got in contact with management, and he was very responsive, understanding and dedicated to fixing the issue. After a few threads of emails, Deklan (the manager) made it a point to express his concern with the service received as it reflects on his leadership and business practices. I was given a box of 4 cookies for free to make up for the mistake one of his team members made. He made sure it was understood amongst his team that the mistake couldn’t happen again, and communicated the resolution to me as well. I am very appreciative of the response time, leadership, understanding and kindness I received when I addressed a concern. I have never had a bad experience at this store otherwise and always love their cookies. I stop in at least once a week and my husband and I share some cookies without disappointment every time. The cookies are always extremely fresh, exactly as described, and stay fresh for several days in the box. I love that they have new flavors every week, and each week I add a new favorite to my list. The final price is based on weight, which is good and bad. The cost is more than expected, but the quality of the treat was worth it.“

“We love their bogo Tuesdays for frozen yogurt/ice cream Pictured here is the lavender poppyseed flavor that I topped with almonds, mochi, blueberry boba, toasted coconut and cheesecake pieces. “this was so gas for being in Colorado!!! they know their matcha! we ended up talking to the manager and he was super kind and knowledgeable over matcha. he gave us so many different recommendation based on the notes and flavors. it was so interesting and i learned so much. i would definitely come back here next time.

we got the strawberry midori matcha and the black sesame foam matsu matcha.

strawberry midori matcha - 10/10 the strawberry flavor was strong and so was the matcha! it was so green. would get again for sure!!

black sesame foam matcha - 8/10 just bc i feel like the sesame flavor wasnt too strong, but if you are new to the flavor of sesame or do not want it super duper strong (i really love the flavor) then this would probably be a good balance for you. he added more matcha for us because we wanted a stronger matcha flavor, and he added the nutty flavored matcha and it was sooo good! he said they put 3g matcha usually because its a good amount for everyone.

100% would revisit the workers are so kind and patient when explaining things and there are so many different options to choose from. i will probably try the hojicha next as well.
