Arby's in Colorado Springs

“McDonald’s is right next-door and they are awful. I would strongly suggest just coming here instead. Service is always nice. Food is always fresh bathroom is always clean. I didn’t find a fly in my sandwich and the bathroom was clean.“

“Forgot 2 medium fries from our driver thru order, my wife had already made it home; she called and talked to the store, they were very kind and helpful! I came back through to pick up our missing food and they upsized them to a large, made them fresh and threw in a shake! The rest of our food was great too! Great customer service and food in an industry lacking in both!“

“Came in an order a cheesesteak and a milk shake. I wanted to wait and make the milkshake until after I finish my food. The manager in the polo shirt, a middle age guy, did a great job with customer interaction and Customer service was great. Just wanted to get him a shout out.“

“Haven't eaten at an Arby's in well over a year. My Ruben sandwich was perfect! No gristle, hot, not soggy, just the right amount of sauce and sauerkraut. The jalapeno bites were hot from the frier, no grease, no old taste, just perfect. There were no clean tables when we arrived (only one order in the dining area ahead of ours), and the sauces/napkins/ drink area needed cleaning. My husband said all the workers were busy filling orders whenever he looked over. The restroom was clean. Great location and newer store.“

“Sarah, Pamela, and Regina helped me very nicely today and make an excellent crew. I've recently become a regular at this location and I always encounter these three employees. They have always given good, if not excellent service.

They even have remembered my typical order and noticed things as my look changed over time. Very attentive, clean, professional, and a pleasure to get food from! I will absolutely be returning on my lunch breaks.“

“Got a 2 for $5 Arby-Q deal... Holy smokes... They hooked me up right. Sandwich was prepared neatly yet generously (no small task given the nature of this BBQ sandwich) and was a real pleasure to have this classic Arby's item again after many years absent. I hope it sticks around awhile. I'll want this again and soon. Staff were a pleasure to interact with. Glad I stopped in.“

“I've ate in the lobby here at least a dozen times, and the food is always fast, well made, and given with excellent customer service. I credit the manager, Philip, with keeping everything running smoothly. Managers that are upbeat, quick on their toes, and constantly checking in on their employees are rare.

My one complaint is the prices. I miss sliders being just a $1.“

“The white boy jah was working drive thru and was absolutely rude and handed me my drinks and told me to go to a imaginary window so I had to go inside and ask what window and got ignored by him the whole time until this nice lady took care of me and gave me my food overall horrible customer service!!!“

“I visited this Arby’s location on a Sunday afternoon and was so very pleased. The young man at the register was friendly and patient while I decided what to order. Even the young man in the back was kind enough to give me fresh fries right out of the fryer as I requested. I will definitely visit this Arby’s location again. Friendly associates and great food can’t be beat!“
