Burger King in Colorado Springs

“I went to this Burger King location on the first of March 2026. It was my first time going to this Burger King location I got two cookies in the drive thru as a mobile order. The cookies were warm. The service was good. This place is five stars out of five stars.“

“So this place makes all your orders fresh, I was wondering why the food was always so much better there. My daughter really likes the chicken fries and we have had some real bad experiences at other Burger Kings lately. This one is always good. Low Atmosphere score because it's take out only, No place to sit and eat.“

“I would never want my order to be messed up, but in this case, it wasn’t so bad because the fine gentleman Angel that helped me resolve my situation was so pleasant and so kind. “I've been going here for over a decade and never had any issues. Sometimes it can take a few minutes, but that's only because of a long line. Makes sense when the food is so good and worth the wait. Service is always friendly and quick to take orders.“

“Never in my life have I had such a great experience at a BK that I felt like writing a review. Today however was very different!
Hayven took our order and helped at the window.
She was incredibly lively, fun, had a smile on her face and gave us stellar customer service.
Even let us switch out a kids meal toy for one I knew my son would enjoy more :)
Food was also fresh, but experience is why I’m writing this review.

Tried the BK app for the first time and I messed up the pickup time and, when I called they were all over having it re-made when I did arrive

“A young red-headed young teenager served us. He said his name was Tim, and he was a work-horse! He was working both drive through AND the front counter (taking orders at both). It was obvious the location was understaffed, but Tim was doing his very best with a tough situation. The food was good, but due to the understaffing, it took much longer than it should have.“

“I was excited to catch a Whopper. It’s been about 6 years since my last one.
The Whopper with cheese was pretty good with ample toppings, but it was not hot. That brought it down a notch as it was about a 12 minute wait with no other customers in the lobby. They seemed to be focused on the drive through, but it was not busy either - just steady.
Fries were perfect and hot.
The high top table was sticky and the seats needed to be wiped down. The front door is pretty grungy, but not too bad.
It could have been better, but it was a decent treat.“

“Best burger king I've been to. Staff is friendly, and i don't think they have ever gotten my order wrong. (No sales tax is a plus too) Food is generally fresh, very seldom have i gotten food you can tell has been sitting in a warmer for a while. Their hours are a bit inconveinient, as they are either closed or dont open till 1100 on post holidays and 4-day weekends. Overall i think it is pretty great“

“The manager here is great and he’s always at the register taking orders. I’ve never once had food wrong here and we eat here at least once a week. Most recently I had the Ghost Pepper Whopper and it was excellent. My kids always love to come get crowns and cheeseburgers. The best part of this is that the dining room in the exchange is ALWAYS clean or being cleaned. My favorite experience in the way of fast food. We ate here last Friday and we will likely be back in the next week!

“I know BK gets a lot of flack in reviews, but I do gel like this is one location that genuinely tries. The food has always been good here, but the real feature is how friendly they are to me every time I come in. There's an employee named Carl who particularly goes out of his way to greet me and check that everything was good with my food.“

“Stopped by to try the “new” whopper and was very impressed. My food quality was top notch and this slightly changed whopper (bun and mayo are different) was a truly delicious burger. The staff at this location were friendly and my food came out hot and fresh. Glad to have tried this and will have it again.“
