“I cannot believe I haven't been here sooner! Cute seating inside, convenient grab and go containers set-up. Wonderful selection of different chicken salads. Very friendly and they offered us to be able to sample any of the salads. I got the jalapeno and it was fantastic! I tried another one and that was also delicious. I also happened to be very lucky and went on customer appreciation day so I got a free scoop of their classic to-go, I'm eating it for lunch the next day and it is fantastic! I'll definitely be stopping in again soon to try more yummy options.“

“Went in abt 40m to close, they seemed to be drive-thru busy, but the store was very chill; great atmosphere from the employees, they seemed to be having a good night! The young woman working expo and counter, Eden, was very kind and working hella hard. The food was good, I LOVE fried mushrooms, and your sweet tea was pretty fire too.“

“Overall always excellent but today......ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with a diet Dr Pepper.... Half of the fries missing.....1 had a bite out of it. Asked for 2 BBQ sauces...received 8 along with 2 straws and 12 napkins. A lot of waste that will eventually drive prices up.“

“My family went through the drive-thru of this restaurant on Saturday. Earlier in the day we passed but we had never heard of this restaurant. I ordered the Chicken Club Sandwich Meal. Everything was fresh and delicious. Both my husband and daughter got the Slim’s Meal and they both enjoyed their meals as well. They were allowed to pick two sauces. I know one of the sauces husband picked was the Korean BBQ and it was absolutely the best! He also had the Slim Sauce which was not bad; he liked it. In my opinion this place is much better than Raising Cane, without a doubt. Unfortunately, for Chick Fil A, there’s no comparison. And if you’ve ever heard of Zaxby’s, there’s no comparison there either. But I would definitely return to this restaurant if I was in this area again to try other items on the menu.“

I had a wonderful experience at the Chick-fil-A on North Academy. I arrived around 9:15 PM, after the dining room had closed at 9, and since I didn’t have a car I couldn’t go through the drive-thru. Vivi actually came outside—in the cold, without her jacket—to take my order.
She was incredibly patient while I added a new card and struggled with the tap-to-pay at first. Her kindness and professionalism were outstanding.
Having worked in customer service myself, I’ve often found restaurant staff in this city to be a bit short compared to what I was used to in Atlanta, but Vivi proved that great service still exists. She truly made my night.

“Decent chicken over all. The wings were a little dry, but the legs and thighs were juicy and flavorful. The side options are a little light and were just ok. Probably due to sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Overall not bad for gas station chicken.“

“This store is staffed with the nicest people you’ll find! I had a nightmare experience at another location & called this location to see if they were related in hopes of getting help. They weren’t related but offered to correct the problem anyways. They went out of their way to rectify a problem caused by another location! This speaks volumes! I will only visit this location from now on!!“
