most recent order I asked for no sour cream as I cannot eat it. when I finally got a hold of customer service after 2 hours they offered me a Buy one Get one instead of a refund. escalated it to a supervisor for my money back and she told me the same thing. I will not be using your restaurants anymore and thanks for showing me your companies true colors. 👎👎👎

Great place in Downtown Colorado Springs minus lunch time rush it could get crowded inside but I find the bowls the best way to go
