Mountain View Restaurant Reviews
Service was great, very little breakfast type items, mashed potatoes were stiff and pasty and mimosas are no longer bottomless. Warm foods taste and looked reminded me of a quick heat warm up to serve rather than prepared on site.
We went to the Mountain View Restaurant for breakfast on a Sunday morning on a whim because we had errands to do on that side of town. We were asked if we had reservations but were seated promptly.

This is for the Sunday Brunch: Excellent value. Excellent choice of both hot and cold items. The preparer at the omelet and waffle station was very friendly and fast. The food and beverage manager prepared a few chocolate muffins for us to take to my daughter, who was unable to be there, when he found out (without us asking). And they do not rush you out the door. We will be going again.

Mountain View Restaurant offers a beautiful view, making it a popular spot for dining near Cheyenne Mountain. The restaurant features a large breakfast buffet with a wide selection, including an omelette and waffle station, fresh fruits, baked goods, hot food, cereals, and more. Guests have praised the staff, especially Kris, at the order station for making custom omelettes and providing excellent service. The fresh peach smoothie and bacon are highlights, and many find the breakfast price reasonable given the variety and view. The atmosphere is complemented by the stunning scenery, creating a memorable experience, although the restaurant shows some signs of age with tattered chairs. Some reviews mention that service can vary, with occasional delays, but overall, the view and food make it worth visiting. The restaurant is recommended mainly for breakfast, as other meals and nearby dining options may be more appealing elsewhere. Despite mixed reviews about staff interactions, many guests appreciate the caring gestures like credits for missed reservations, and the food, drinks, and atmosphere are generally well-received.
