“I experienced great service here - better than other locations. They accidentally made me a half salad instead of a whole. I don’t love complaining restaurants but the whole salad was pricy so I brought it up to an employee. Not only did he make it right by making me the other half of my salad, but he also gave me a free treat from the bakery glass. Best experience I’ve had at a Panera in a while!“
“Young lady severing us, Summer, made my coffee to perfection. And because of that I keep coming back. Even if she isn't on duty. This store is warm and inviting and it isna good place where friends can meet. Quiet, clean and surrounded by good food and wonderful staff.“
“I usually come here to just hangout, charge devices and get a bagel or drinks on sip club but I dont order food often because its $$$ and small portions but I get the occasional free item or discount. Whats really nice is the rewards per visit. I used to work for Panera but that was years ago amd it was great then but you can read online all about the declines in food quality, portions and quality of ingredients... a lot has changed in the last few years and they were bought a few times since then I believe.“
“I ordered a bakers dozen foe the drive thru pick up for my coworkers and myself. I missed that I needed them sliced and I wasn't going to eat whole bagels at work like a savage. But Sierra I think shes the team leader answered my call and made sure my bagels were sliced before I showed up. Thank ypu Sierra for saving the day and the humiliation of my showing up to work with unsliced bagels 🥯!“

“I can always get something to eat that goes along w/my dietary lifestyle. I do no grains and no sugars! Very EZly @ PB! It's my first go-to eatery!
Dietary restrictions: I don't do grains, but I can get an apple instead of bread...which I'm grateful for!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, most definitely, however parents and guardians should monitor them closely. The staff should not have to discipline someone's child. However, I have not seen any child misbehave when I've been at any Panera Bread.
Wheelchair accessibility: Large parking lot...spots open varies w/mall traffic, but close enough to the stores.“
