This place is incredibly slow. It took 35 minutes to get food, we ordered two sandwiches and two 5 piece tenders and we ordered it online. There is no reason for it to take that long and when the food was brought out they didn't bring out the drinks and had to go back in and get them. We love the food but for God sakes speed up.
Went to the counter, had a pleasant enough experience ordering, was even offered a drink while I waited for food. I respectfully declined because I figured I would be in and out in no time flat. After waiting nearly a half hour and my order being forgotten about, I was compensated with fries, however I was given the wrong sides.
Attention to detail matters, I wasn’t asked what order I was waiting for, nor was my order number called out. Frankly disappointed.

My order from the Rangewood popeyes today was hands down the best experience I've ever had ordering with popeyes. The service was quick, despite my large order. The food was fresh. The drive through worker was friendly, and best of all, the order was perfect with no mistakes. I'm a bit surprised about how good the experience was due to the newer set of employees. I commend them for a fantastic job!
