Big puddle on the floor under the high chairs....hope its soda. Really dirty inside. Placed an online order and it didnt get made until I got there. Totally understand it was busy but behind the counter, things were all over the place. Really sorry about how long it took but all the dirt everywhere was kind of a turn off.
Ordered online, arrived and they didn't have my full order. Said they were out of the cookies I had ordered, mind you it's 11:15am. Told me they couldn't refund me the money and they didn't have any coupon cards for next time for like free cookies or a free drink/chips etc. offered me free chips and a drink which I had already paid for, so that didn't help me either.It was like 2$ but still it's the principle of it I guess

So the subway at 1018 W. Baptist Rd. is the one I usually go to. The employee Josh is always awesome and makes my sandwich exactly the way I want it. I have been to other subways nearby, including the one at the Walmart in Monument and the Baptist Road one is the best in the area. They have with few exceptions had everything that goes on the sandwich that I order. Josh is great.
