The drive-thru experience is efficient, with staff going above and beyond. While cleanliness can be improved, the fast service makes up for it. The staff consistently go above and beyond. This location will be a new go-to Wendy's. It is important to give shout outs to exceptional employees. This highlights a positive shift in customer service.
