“As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Madeline and she was amazing. We loved her energy! The coffee was amazing! We had a Carmel vanilla latte, a salted Carmel mocha latte, and a vanilla hazelnut latte. Our favorite coffee was Back Country. We bought some to bring home. We even left later to head back home just so we can get a cup before leaving town. If your in Creede definitely make a point to stop at the Coffee on the Fly you will not be disappointed.”

“my wife and I stopped by Big Doug's today and picked up two pulled pork sandwiches. The BBQ was fantastic. And no small portion either, almost more than I could eat. Highly recommend.”

“Where do I start? From the ease of making a reservation, the friendly staff, the sweetest waitress, the food that was sheer perfection, or the desert that was so delish. 10/10. Highly recommend. We had steak & lobster fettuccine and it was so perfect. Kim our waitress, was so knowledgeable about the menu, attention to our table, all around made for a wonderful experience. If you’re in the South Fork/Creede area, this is a MUST!”

“We had the best lunch at this restaurant over the holidays! The sourdough bread on the sandwich was outstanding, and the Mexican street corn soup with chicken was the best soup I have had! The ingredients were fresh, and the soup was loaded with chicken. Friendly service, too. We will definitely try them again the next time we are in Creede. I usually don't write reviews, but this place was so awesome, they deserve my time to write a good review.”

“We drove to Freemans last Saturday after calling to make sure they were opened. Arrived at 4 to find they were closing for a special event. They apoligized but we keft disappointed. My husband loved eating there. He had passed back in May so we were reminiscing. We returned on Monday and the cook remembered us and gave us ice cream on him. We are never disappointed in the burgers, fries, onion rings, etc. After eating our burgers we around to the new side and enjoyed our cones while also enjoying the beautiful scenery. Thank you so much for making our day nice.”

“Wow, hard to imagine finding a better almond croissant anywhere else in the world. The other pastries we had were also excellent - crispy on the outside, thoroughly cooked on the inside but not overdone, with excellent buttery flavor. If you love high quality pastries you should definitely come here.”

“Loved this brewery! It has a great atmosphere and Mark was super nice and poured us samples of anything we wanted to try. Wish they had a Hazy when we were there (the main location with more beers is in Alamosa) but we liked everything we tried. The Peanut Butter Stout is really unique - yum!! Definitely recommend a stop here when you’re in town!”

“We love MJs! Everytime we are in town we have to go there and eat breakfast or lunch! Everyone is very friendly and make you feel at home! They have great burgers and BLTs for lunch. I highly recommend this place!”
