In March we did a long road trip from California to Utah and Colorado, hitting various ski resorts along the way. We arrived rather late into Crested Butte and were both tired, hungry and very tired of being in the car. We both just wanted to get into the hotel room and have something tasty to eat. We enjoyed our meal and the ambiance was beautiful, but we do wish there was better service. Service is included in the price, which I usually associate with restaurants paying their employees better but in this case I wonder if it's in part because there's a lack of service? The waiter was very friendly when we arrived and explained how we order online. Fantastic food in a fun setting, Django's was a great experience. Highlights of our meal included the *best* roasted brussels sprouts I've had and super pot roast.Do note that the size of the plates do vary - our striped bass was delicious but diminutive - so next time I would ask the server for their insights on selections if one were particularly hungry (or not).Would love to return.Also, note that unlike some other restaurants in town, they are doing a nice job with Covid protocols,...read full review
