Taco Time in Delta, CO is pure burrito magic! 🌯💚
Their hot green chili burrito is everything—spicy, cozy, and just the right kind of messy in the best way. You can taste the love and local flavor in every bite. I’ve tried burritos all over Colorado, and somehow Taco Time’s green chili hits that perfect homemade comfort spot every single time. The staff is always friendly, the service is fast, and the burritos? Life-changing.
Highly recommend if you need a little warmth and joy wrapped in a tortilla.“

“My son and I stopped in for dinner and he got the super burrito he said it was amazing and he ate it all! I got the fish and chips fish in order an extra fillet pretty good but definitely could’ve been better, especially the tartar sauce but the fries were amazing! Going to make this our place to go! Quality food, at a great price.“

“We drove through here on our trip to the mountains & my husband stopped to grab something to eat. I observed the gentleman behind the counter who was kind and friendly to everyone, despite it being quite busy. I even noticed he walked a tray of food for an elderly woman and proceeded to grab her napkins/condiments. When there was a lull in the line I noticed he was cleaning everything he could. I just wanted to share I appreciate his work ethic & hope he is appreciated by his team!“

“We have lived in the valley for 40 years. This was out first time in.. IT WONT BE OUR LAST.. I had the breakfast burrito which was one of the BEST I have ever had. Wife had the enchilada plate. She is a Santa Fe native and she said it ranked right up there with anything from SF. If you are in Olathe GO, you wont be sorry.“
