Unique spin on upscale Chinese food. The red shrimp balls were a favorite. Wanted to try the Peking duck but found out mid-way through the meal that it takes an hour to prepare, so had to pass. Very trendy ambiance and good location in LoHi. Would be happy to return.
Blossom by Syc is a hot new restaurant to watch in Denver! The food, service, and atmosphere of this restaurant is truly a delight. The decor inside is beautifully imagined and it sets a tone for an impressive dining experience.

Visited during the soft opening with a group of 7 family and friends including my parents who both grew up in Hong Kong. I was impressed overall. We shared about 10 dishes - Peking duck, 4 dim sum, cucumber, 2 clay pots, chow fun, green beans- and then tried all 4 desserts. The standouts were the dim sum, clay pots and chow fun.
