BRUTO Reviews
A true and unique culinary experience. I’ve read about Bruto but the experience has completely solidified my position on it being one of a kind and rightfully given the Michelin rating.
Amazing!! One of the best in Denver!
By far the best restaurant in Denver. From the moment you walk in you're welcomed by an incredibly well trained front of house staff, while the open concept kitchen and intimate atmosphere allow the kitchen staff and Chef Michael to interact with the guests in a completely unpretentious manner, creating an all encompassing experience from start to finish. BRUTO offers an exceptional dining experience with next-level cuisine and impeccable service. The set 11-course menu is outstanding, with each dish creatively executed and intentional. The atmosphere is engaging, allowing guests to interact with the chefs and enjoy friendly service. While it may be pricey, the quality of food and overall experience make it worth the cost. The staff is extremely attentive, and each staff member brings great vibes, providing excellent and personable service. The attention to detail and mindfulness towards eco-consciousness is impressive. Guests have praised the drink pairings, although some noted that the sake could be a bit heavy for the wine pairing. The cocktails are highly praised, and the restaurant has created an intimate setting within a small corner of the Free Market space. Perfect for special occasions or for those seeking elevated, thoughtful cuisine in Denver, BRUTO is highly recommended for a memorable dining experience. Guests have also highlighted the signature piada (bread) and the amazing non-alcohol pairing. Some diners found no issues with saltiness and enjoyed generous portions, making BRUTO a great choice for those celebrating special moments.
