I saw a list of flavors from outside of the Denver Milk Market, so I was eagerly seeking out the ice cream place when I walked in. I circled the entire market because I walked the wrong way! I found it, though! It gave me a chance to look at all the other restaurants in the building!Just look for the shop in a corner with a large set of lights hung in a circle. I recently had the pleasure of trying the gelato here and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I opted for the espresso flavor and it was absolutely superb. The gelato itself was perfect in texture and flavor, and the addition of the rich espresso flavor was the perfect pick-me-up on a hot day.But that's not all - I also tried the salted caramel ice cream and the cookies and cream, and they were everything you could hope for in an ice cream flavor. We've been bringing food tour guests to Cornicello for years now and we love it. I'm disappointed people don't know that the flavors are seasonal and all gelato is spun in house. I know the Milk Market can be chaotic sometimes but staff at Cornicello have always been helpful to us and our group. Chili Mango is my recommendation if its in season.
