John, the owner, stepped up to save the day after another bakery canceled last minute on a birthday cake I had ordered. With less than 24 hour notice, during a peek rush and on a weekend at that, I could not have been more pleased with what he put together for me. After explaining my situation and that it was for my partners 35th birthday party that was a little gay, little disco, little cowboy, I didn't expect anything more than an icing piped "Happy Birthday". Always enjoy stopping in for ice cream on a warm sunny day. The goto for me has always been the coffee's lovers. And, on this day, it did not disappoint!

It was loaded with ingredients, especially the crunchy tøffee that is so flavorful. A lid was placed on the bowl which is so nice when you take the product to go.

The loquacious young gentleman working this day was social without being overbearing. A thoroughlt pleasant experience it was!

The prices have gone up over the years, but as a not too often treat, I say, so be it!

This location seems somewhat isolater, but is in a growing location. If on the west side, drop in and cool off!“

We make a point to come every Thursday for the fantastic $1.50 deal, and seeing Lailee's friendly face has become a cherished part of our weekly routine. She remembers us, always says hello, and makes us feel so welcome. It’s clear she doesn’t just do this for us; she has a wonderful way of making every single customer feel special.

The ice cream itself is, of course, fantastic—creamy, fresh, and mixed with your favorite toppings on a frozen stone. But it’s team members like Lailee who build customer loyalty and create a community feel. She is a true asset to this location, and her outstanding customer service and kind personality absolutely deserve recognition (and a raise!).
