“Strawberry cupcakes were soft, moist, and strawberryy! What more could you ask for? Would order here again. I would've like a little more communication after ordering. They sent several generic messages about when to arrive and how to pay, but nothing to confirm my specific order. Updated from previous review on 2026-10-02“

“These are the best tasting cupcakes and impressive decorations on them. Friendly staff and great customer service. I would recommend them for birthday cakes and any special events that you have coming up. Truly a gem located on highway seven in Erie / Broomfield Colorado area.“

“This bakery is on a completely different level. Their pastries feel like elevated versions of childhood favorites, especially the Twix-inspired bars that somehow manage to be both nostalgic and insanely refined. The seven-layer maple buttercream cakes were rich without being overwhelming, dipped in chocolate with a perfect balance of sweetness and depth. And the streusel—easily some of the best I’ve ever had—was buttery, crisp, and packed with flavor, adding the perfect texture to every bite. Every item felt thoughtfully crafted, indulgent, and unapologetically decadent. This is the kind of place that ruins ordinary bakeries for you—in the best way.“

“Thank you for the beautiful mini cupcakes today!“

“Amazing custom cakes. They answer requests promptly & are a very sweet bunch to work with. Thanks again!“

“The 'strawberry and cream' cake was Ah Ma Zing!“

“I love this Cold Stone Creamery. The help.is always super friendly, the location is very clean and I just love to get my favorite cake batter shake each time I visit. Make sure you get it with the yellow cake pieces blended in, so good like that. Thank you Cold Stone Creamery.“

“I have severe celiac disease and cold stone is one of the only ice cream shops in the area that has gluten free icecream. (Ice cream actually made with thick cream, not thickened with wheat starch ) so it’s actually better quality.

But my review is for Kenna. She was very careful and made my icecream with peanut butter cups in the back and opened all new products with fresh utensils to avoid any cross contamination. Great location, great customer service and very happy with my experience:)“
