This was the best food truck experience we’ve had in Denver - hands down. The chicken? Shut the front door!! My new favorite on the scene
Try the mofongo! It is out of this world good
100% Recommended I ordered the bowl with arroz con Gandules with Pernil & amarillitos and a empanadilla de Chicken. Everything was amazing just like a home cooked meal. My husband had white rice and beans and masitas de pollo. Everything was delicious. Coming from Houston to Colorado and finding puertoriquen food that taste like home.
De Mi Tierra is highly recommended and described as the best PR food in the area. The food tastes like a home cooked meal, with favorites like the bowl with arroz con Gandules with Pernil & amarillitos, empanadilla de Chicken, white rice and beans, masitas de pollo, mofongo con pollo guisado, and bori bowl w/habichuelas y pernil y amarillos. The pernil and carne frita are crazy good. Platanos were actually ripe, habichuelas had great flavor, and the mofongo was beyond amazing. Everything is delicious, fantastic, and perfection. A must stop and the best decision.
