I have always had a good experience, though it tends to be more of a drive through place than sit down. There are usually tables, but there have been times when it took a couple minutes for someone to help in the store.

I needed a larger order for a training event. When I walked in, it took at least 5 minutes for the staff to notice I was there. There were 3 working. The lady that took my order wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t exactly providing good customer service either. I got the vibe that she was having a rough morning and was inconvenienced by people coming in the store. Dunkin' has great customer service and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, with employees like Jada providing excellent service. Dunkin' offers a variety of donuts and meals, including maple sugar and smackin bacon. The donut case is always stocked, making it a great place to visit often.
