Great customer service.
Our delivery isn't freaky fast but there is a foot of snow out there. It's been over an hour. We'll have to try y'all when there's no snow.

One of the worst Jimmy John’s branches I have ever been to. I am very disappointed in their customer service. The manager and/or the employee purposely mispronounced my name after every time I corrected them and never apologized for this bad action.
Ordered #14 and roast beef is so fatty you can’t eat it. I called manager and he said there’s nothing he can do. Told me to fill out a negative review so upper management will see it. Okay

Jimmy John's serves good food, with excellent sandwiches. Some visits have been pleasant, with friendly and efficient service, and correct orders. However, there have been issues with staff, including new cashiers making mistakes and neglecting cleanliness, resulting in delays and poorly made sandwiches. One customer experienced a long wait for delivery and was told they had to pick up their order or cancel. Another customer, who orders often, was disappointed when the delivery driver did not call, leaving them unsure if their food was sitting upstairs. Despite these issues, some staff members have shown they care and are doing their best.
