As Denver’s food scene continues to grow and become more diverse, it’s great to have authentic Venezuelan flavors represented. El Flavor is a wonderful addition to the community, and I highly recommend giving them a try.

El Flavor Venezuelan Food deserves more recognition. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. It offers authentic Venezuelan flavors and is 100% gluten free, which is celiac friendly. The Cachapa with pork pernil and the Stuffed Plantain with shredded beef are amazing and extremely flavorful. The agua de mango y de guanábana are a refreshing touch. It feels like home cooked comfort food. A wonderful addition to the community.
