Good Lord.
A whole group of us are done with #Hillstone after Friday, August 8th treatment at the Cherry Creek Hillstone restaurant.
I've lived in and frequented the Cherry Creek restaurants for 30 years.
From 4 to 6 pm, we were approached 4 times in 2 hours to essentially move away from the bar if we wouldn't allow an immediate setup for dinner --

We really enjoyed our birthday dinner for two at Hillstone. We shared "Osaka Style" pressed sushi, spinach & artichoke dip and grilled heirloom artichokes - a delicacy IMHO. I chose a New Zealand white wine (having just returned from NZ) and it was excellent.

“Our recent experience at Hillstone in Denver was profoundly disappointing. Despite its reputation for refined dining, the restaurant’s inflexible policy against seating parties larger than four prevented our family from dining together. Such rigidity, especially during the holiday season, undermines the essence of hospitality. We hope Hillstone reconsiders this exclusionary practice to truly embrace the spirit of bringing people together.”
