Insee Noodle House is a fantastic restaurant in Denver serving delicious noodle soups and fantastic noodle bowls. The food is soooo good and fresh, with items like the beef soup, Silom Chicken Noodle bowl, tom yum noodles, and BBQ pork dumpling soup being aromatic, full of flavor, and too die for. Other recommendations include the baby octopus salad, look shin ping, moo rob, coconut pancakes, pink milk, and mango dessert. The atmosphere inside is great. It is celiac and gluten free friendly and a nice change up from traditional Thai options, with authentic taste that matches Thailand. It is one of the new favorite restaurants.
