Hired them for my wedding of 65 people after trying the food trailer and it all came out fantastic. They were there for 3 hours serving people the whole time. They let us keep the leftovers and still have tons in my deep freeze for later. Their barbacoa is my absolute favorite. The owners are kind and lovely to work with, and everything is affordable. The trailer itself isn't the prettiest, but that just tells you it's good. Will be back if I'm in the area.
The food is always SO good. I love lengua tacos and these are the best I've ever had. Same every time. Good portion of meat. Ate here about 6 times before I finally brought my gf with me. We drove from fort collins for it. She got asada and chicken and said they were amazing. Owners are very nice and care about doing it well.
Got here to get unloaded I order my food and worked and still waiting 30 mins on a burrito and 3 tacos. No guacamole or sour cream and no lettuce. And it was over $20. Not worth the wait or money really.
