The owners/ staff seems to be BIAS based on the location of lots of homeless.
I ate in, witnessed that some customers are regulars and treated better than the new customer (me) dinning area is used like a storage, but I was impressed by what I can see as far as cleanliness.

My pork wontons were hot and delicious. Such amazing friendliness from the 2 ladies running the place. We will come back with a bigger party of people.
Super good as always, definitely come for the lunch specials if you are on a budget. But the food is made fresh to order and everything comes out piping hot, my only thing is i wish the combination lo mein and the combination fried rice came with more shrimp. From both plates and after spending 45+ we counted only 7 shrimp in total. 3 in the lo mein and 4 in the rice, other then that the food was delicious.
