Wow - this coffee roastery tour & cupping class was the best hidden gem in Denver for coffee lovers. Tyler was so knowledgeable and I love the emphasis on paying the coffee farmer’s not just livable wages but fair and good wages for their product. NOVO coffee is the real deal. What a wonderful experience!

Novo Coffee is an excellent coffee-forward café in Denver. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, offering tours, tastings, and classes that provide a deep dive into coffee roasting and brewing. Customers particularly enjoy the beautifully roasted Indonesian-sourced beans and the complimentary nitro cold brew on tap. Overall, Novo Coffee is a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts.
