Really cool ramen joint in an urban, industrial style underground location. The agedashu tofu was phenomenal. Consistently busy, but you get seated almost immediately and really quick service too. Food was good, I’m spoiled for ramen choices in Portland but for Denver I would say this is really good ramen!
An underground ramen place and a hidden gem for Denver. We tried chicken ramen, shoyu ramen and tonkotsu ramen.All of them were very high quality and complex in flavor. Noodles were cooked to the right firmness, and each of the broth were crafted to perfection and well-rounded.Would come here again if we lived nearby.

The spicy miso ramen doesn’t compare to other ramen places because it doesn’t have the big chunk of pork belly (which is the best part). It only has little shredded up bits of pork so just know that if you order! Also the broth felt heavy (a lot of cream) but unfortunately lacked flavor / salt.The tonkotsu was good though!
