Great spot for a delicious drink and outside seat. I’ve been ordering their special: banana chai latte. It’s soooo good!

Pipsqueak is an adorable little coffee shop with a lovely outdoor sitting area. The staff are super friendly, and the cappuccino is spot on. Guests enjoy green tea and cinnamon plum tea, or a mixture of both sweetened with honey. The gelato is top-tier, especially the chocolate. The ube matcha is delicious and beautiful, and the toasted coconut latte is 10/10. There is outdoor seating, and the dog treats are a nice touch. The seating area is perfectly comfortable and lovely. It is a hidden gem, though the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges.
