Very friendly mother/daughter duo running this establishment. Kinda like a more authentic Chipotle in that you have the option to build your own bowl with a lot of traditional Mexican components. They also offer a limited menu for lunch featuring quesadillas, tortas, and street tacos. Good value for quantity and quality of food. Would recommend to anyone in the area with a hankering for a fresh & healthy meal.
Ive been coming here about a year now and this place gets better every time I have it! The carnitas tacos are among the top in the city and their breakfast sandwich is of legendary status! They also host Mexican cooking classes!
Incredible food! Best breakfast taco I’ve had in Colorado, and I’m from Texas! Burritos are huge and typically last for 2 meals for me! Silvia is so sweet, and again, food is incredible!
