Found this gem on our way out from Denver to Breckenridge. Between the five of us we try a wide variety of food. Everything was awesome! This was our first stop after landing and I didn't disappoint! Owner and staff was super friendly and welcoming, plus side if you're heading out there's a Walmart close to stick up on stuff. Highly recommend!
I was in a hurry and needed to grab a quick bite to take back to the office. I stopped into this local haunt around the corner. Smiling Moose has so many options and not just your typical deli sandwich. I was craving a burger and decided on the Signature Sear. It had American cheese, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, lettuce, and mayo. It was a pretty decent burger. My co-worker and I shared the cheese curds, fried Wisconsin cheese curds. I’d show you a picture of my sandwich, the Green Thumb, but I took a bite and couldn’t stop. Decadent vegetarian sandwich! Loved it. When I’m working out this way, I’m stopping here again.
