BEST SUSHI NOT ON COASTAL US, and far better than most that are ocean adjacent. Next best one is Kisso Sushi in Old City Philadelphia, PA, please do yourself a solid & sit at the sushi bar to eat at both, at Sasa request Omakase from Wayne, at Kisso request Alex make the Vinny & RJ special 😆

Sushi Sasa offers outstanding food quality and service, with terrific cocktails. The tekamaki, green dragon, and Rocky Mountain rolls are superb, while the veggie roll has burdock root that some may not like. The staff is attentive and thoughtful, even providing champagne for special occasions. With free parking, it is a great spot for a quiet and delicious dining experience.
Customers praise the restaurant's unique offerings, including gluten-free freshwater eel and other unique rolls. The veggie fried rice and shishito peppers on the happy hour menu are also made gluten-free. Diners enjoy the restaurant's great decor and ambiance, as well as the flavorful miso soup and spicy garlic edamame. The dragon roll, in particular, is a standout, with the strawberry topping adding an excellent touch. While the spider roll may not have been a favorite, the spicy tuna roll and nigiri are reliable options.
