Tacos El Jalisco serves authentic food. It does not serve variations, and a traditional colirado breakfast burrito is not available here. It is the real deal traditional Mexican food. This is a must have taco spot. The prices are unbeatable, the food is incredible, and the people who run this taco truck are truly heaven sent genuine people and hard honest workers. The discada taco is absolutely amazing, and the carne asada is just as good, super flavorful and perfectly cooked. The Tortas are loaded down with yummy goodness, and the birria tacos are great. The service is top tier, very friendly, and the portions are generous. The food is really good and the price isn't too expensive. This is an unexpected food stop that hits way above expectations.
