Al Pastor tacos are 11/10
I live nearby, and have recently been ordering from this place, since I've seen them at the side of the road for a few months. Very tasty taco trailer that is open late! I've had the tacos quesabirria, al pastor tacos, and a few chimichangas and they've all been excellent. The food is fresh, the salsas are bright, and it's just all-around very good.
Amazing tacos! I went here for the first time last night and was very impressed with the food, especially for a late night meal option. Food was made fresh, owners seem friendly, and they are open very late. I struggle to find good late night food options with my work schedule so this is awesome. Definitely worth checking out, I'll be back again for sure.

Taqueria Los II Herradura is a taco trailer that is open late, making it a great late night meal option. The food is fresh, and the salsas are bright. The tacos quesabirria, al pastor tacos, chimichangas, and burritos are excellent. The tacos are amazing, with the best pastor in Colorado. The tacos are twice the size as most other places, and the burritos are as big as other giant burrito chain restaurants. All of the meats are incredible and very high quality ingredients. The Horchata, churros, and flan are so good. The owners seem friendly and are a super sweet husband and wife who talk very highly about their food. They are a friendly group of people who are generous and gracious hosts. The service is quick with great value. The food is made fresh to order and served hot off the grill, with choices of green (mild avocado based hot sauce) or the red hot sauce that packs some heat. The food is very flavorful and definitely worth the stop. This place is a hidden gem and highly addictive. It is the best taco truck in the area. Don't let the fact that it's a food trailer scare you off. Support this place!
