The Bindery is a nice brunch spot at Denver Airport, Concourse A. The food is delicious and timely, perfect for a layover. The Huevos Rancheros were delicious. The latte was simply delicious. The service is quick and fantastic. The servers are friendly, witty, attentive, and anticipated needs before asking. They are welcoming and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. The staff is courteous, professional, and took great care of a 2 year old. They made people feel right at home. The Bindery is highly recommended if you are in Concourse A at Denver Airport.
