“Today's manager was cool as a fan my man hahaha. Not only was the food perfect, hot and on point, but the manager today had no problem with assisting me with anything else that I needed. I asked for a couple simple things yet they were much needed, which he had no problem whatsoever to help me out with. 6 stars. 🫡👌🤙✌️“

“The Front sales Clerk was very nice. Respectful. Called me Ma'am when my order was ready. I was short on $$ by almost 1$. But she said... I got it. Food was hot and delicious. Served up quick. My 8 year old son ate it up and it had been a long minute since we got to go out to eat.“

“I’ve been to two different locations, and I want to share both the pros and cons.

At a previous location, the experience wasn’t great—no customer service and my fries were only half full, which was disappointing.

This time around (mid-afternoon, around 4 PM), things were better. The staff was fast and efficient, though not very friendly—no smiles or warm interaction. I did appreciate that when I asked for water, I wasn’t treated negatively, so thank you for that.

I was asked to pull forward for my sandwich, and about 5 minutes later, they brought out fresh, hot fries and a crispy chicken sandwich that tasted like it had just been made. That honestly made me so happy—fast food is at its best when it’s fresh like that!

Overall, the food quality this visit really delivered. If the customer service was a bit more friendly and welcoming, this would easily be a 10/10 experience.“

“Everything was great and I didn’t mind being parked because the wait wasn’t long. Please DO NOT ask people that are not disabled to park in disabled parking when waiting for their meal. The disabled parking spots are there for a reason.“

“The food is okay, it's the same as always really, and expensive omg....But this review is for the staff, finally this location got some personality behind the counter with a really charismatic individual that I had the pleasure meeting tonight while going through the drive thru. You could tell his night was kicking his butt but with a smile and a nice one at that. He had a such a good spirit about him. his name is Luiz, I may be spelling it wrong, but I promise he will get your order correct, manage to provide correct change, friendly and polite service. customer service is definitely not what it used to be so thank you Wendy's for providing somebody that actually cares.“

“I go to this location like 3-4 times a week after work and everything is always great and perfect. Except tonight. I’m not sure if new management or something, was a different guy at the window. My JBC was super messy, lettuce and tomato were like way too hot like it was quickly microwaved. Usually I have crispy, cold lettuce and tomato and perfectly put together. Tonight was not that. Also they got my sauce wrong and forgot the other one. When they charge for extras, we should be getting that. 4 stars cuz usually have a great experience, but tonight it was not.“

“Good location but lately when i’ve been going they can’t seem to get my flavor of frosty correct. The last 3 times they’ve given me vanilla instead of chocolate and today I did t have the time to wait and have them fix it. It’s just frustrating to spend my money somewhere and constantly have to correct the people who work there especially when i’m placing a mobile order so there’s no room for miscommunication.“

“This was literally the best Wendy's burger that I have ever had. The crew working right now 1-11-26 @ 1430hrs. There was a Black girl with braids in updo glasses and a white girl brown glasses working at the drive thru. I wish I had gotten 2 Dave's Singles. It was fresh off the grill, not soggy, cooked to perfection, drive thru fast. I'm so glad I diverted at the last minute to this Wendy's. I won't even read the other reviews because my experience was a legit 5 stars!!!! My belly thanks you guys!!!!“

“Went to this Wendy’s and it was actually pretty good. Food came out hot, service was quick, and everyone was cool. I had a slight hiccup with my order, so I went to the counter and while I was standing there, this kind man walked up and made sure I got my order right. He fixed it right away and even apologized, which I really appreciated. I think his name was Jorge ,Overall great experience definitely will come back.“
