Literally the rudest customer service I have ever witnessed. DIA concourse C I can only assume the manager was the gentleman with the grey hair middle aged protruding belly who found it necessary to do meaningless busy work and open 10 minutes late instead of helping the line of 10 people waiting. 10 minutes is a lot to people in a airport who are trying to adhere to a schedule.
