They have a reward system through the app that does not work! They need to read all the complaints on Google play!!! I've stopped going because I have 2 rewards I can't use!!!!! They are right between 3 Starbucks so it's not like they are they only ones available in the area that's close! They are losing business because of this!!!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. If something is wrong, they try to make it right
Ziggy's is great. The baristas are kind , outgoing and the coffee is hot and tastes good
